All Around Workout/Walking/Running Shoe?

My shoe situation is pretty sad. I have snow boots and sandals. Ha! Not good that it is getting cold out.

So, I want to start walking/running/working out. I bought a pair of Avia Avi-motion shoes this past weekend. But I am unsure about them. They are comfy, but they will not do me any good for working out or running.

Right now I am leaning toward taking them back. Anyone have these shoes? I just don't know if they are practical. I got them because they are comfortable and I have big feet (size 10) thanks to have babies. Sigh...

I recently got these and am in love with them. They are lightweight and great for walking, running and working out!

I did find this review of the tone up type shoes. I have decided to take them back.

Looks like I need seperate shoes. One for running, one fo walking, one for fitness.

If you decide to start running, definitely go and get yourself fitted for specific running shoes. A specialty running store will analyze your gait and help you find the right shoe for your individual needs. They will be able to help you with walking shoes as well!
