Any recommendations for websites or blogs that show you workout routines you can do at home? I expecially need help with my abdominals. Yoga or pilate maybe?

I would search on YouTube and hulu. Search something like "ab workout." Also I think there are video downloads from iTunes from the fitness channel. Some are free and some cost 99 cents if I remember correctly, and they are like at-home videos.
You can always just do a bunch of situps everyday! Start with a comfortable number, then try to do a few more everyday.
You can also do crunches. They are like sit-ups but you cross your feet at the ankles and hold them it the air while you pull your chest up to your knees and slowly back down. I think the lower the angle of your legs (more vertical to ground), the harder these become.
Tone the side abs by touching the opposite elbow to the opposite knee as you come up on your sit up or crunches. (Your arms are crossed over chest with a hand on each shoulder)
Don't over tuck your chin.
Good luck....now I need to follow my own advice and go do some too!!!!!!
