What does your 9mo eat?

DS2 has been very slow to take to solids but he has really started to enjoy them in the last few weeks.
He will not eat purees and will only self feed with a few exceptions.
His favs are:
Veggies:
Carrots, green beans, butternut squash, acorn squash, sweet potato, frozen sweetlet peas (these I can feed him).
I either steam or roast the veggies and put a little olive oil and garlic on them
Beans / lentils:
Kidney beans, black beans, chick peas, yellow lentils
He loves them cooked or cold, loves eating mashed up chick peas with olive oil and garlic (fake hummus).
Fruits:
Avocado, pears, peaches, watermelon, canteloupe, blueberries (cut in half), grapes (cut in quarters, he will let me feed him these), oranges, apples
Grains:
Whole wheat pasta (I put olive oil, garlic, parsley and sprinkling of cheese) kamut, quinoa, toast (loves toast spread with hummus or avocado).
Dairy:
Yogurt (only if he can feed himself so I load up spoons for him to shove in his mouth, very messy), shredded cheese
Meat:
Chicken thigh / breast shredded, ground lamb
Generally I feed him something from what I make for the family. I just don't put salt or sugar on anything he gets.

DS has accepted multiple kinds of food without any issues so far, so he's had a lot of different things. I usually try to give him a little bit of something we're eating without too much sauce, salt, sugar, etc.
The main things I hold off for now are sugar, white flour, dairy (although starting yogurt now), and of course all of the processed and artificial stuff, which we don't eat ourselves.
He had avocado, carrots, beans, squash, lettuce, zuccini, pear, melon, watermelon, etc. Also some meat and fish. He loves lox. We just recently started giving him puffed brown rice.
He prefers to self feed but will occasionally let me give him a spoon.
He will also drink water from a cup with help.

Mine only feeds himself, so he eats things either mashed, cut into small pieces, or (rarely) pureed--I don't do this myself, but I occasionally use jarred/prepared foods and he guides the spoon to his mouth or I load the spoon and give it to him. I use a mesh bag for some things. DH is afraid to do full BLW because of choking.
Veggies:
Carrots (pureed or cooked from frozen), green beans (pureed or in mesh bag), buttercup squash (mashed), mashed sweet potato, peas (squished out of their shell), mashed potato
Fruits:
Avocado, banana, watermelon (mesh bag), canteloupe (mesh bag), blueberries (wild blueberries thawed from frozen), strawberries (mesh bag), apple sauce, tomato (mesh bag)
Grains:
Rice, oatmeal, small pieces of bread, Nutrios (Cheerio-like cereal)
Dairy:
Yogurt, shredded cheese
Meat and alternatives:
Small pieces of chicken breast or haddock, pureed meat in jarred preparations, egg yolk
I try to give him at least one from each of these groups/day (I only just started feeding him 3 times/day), but he generally only eats half a "serving" at a time.
