flu shot

We had the flu shot clinic at work today and I choose to get the shot. The pre-shot questionnaire asked if you were pregnant but not if you were nursing. After the shot during some casual conversation with the nurse I mentioned 'my baby' and she asked if I was nursing. When I said yes she said they normally give a different shot to nursing mothers, but they didn't have any info that said the regular one shouldn't be given...

Do you think this is a big deal? WWYD?

I would keep nursing as usual. Up here in Canada the flu shot is the same for nursing moms as it is for everyone else.
