Nursing bra recs?

I usually just wear nursing tanks but with the cold weather coming I'd like something with some "coverage". Something lightly padded I guess. I went to the mall but most stores don't sell nursing bras.

Any suggestions? Where should I look?

I finally got so fed up with every nursing bra I tried that I just got some regular bras that fit well. none of the nursing bras fit right, they got misshapen when washed, and the clips were such a hassle that I always ended up bypassing them anyway. I know that here the Sears, Motherhood Maternity, and BabiesRUs sell nursing bras. they're usually with the maternity clothes.

I wore 3 motherhood maternity bras for almost a year and a half--underwire with padding. When one finally fell completely off of me when the straps were down, I decided I needed to take the plunge and buy some new ones that fit better. I had heard great things about Bravado, so I ordered a Bravado Bliss, and once I finally got it in the right size, I understand the rave reviews. I've been wearing it steadily for about a month now (waiting on others to come in), and it's great. They are pricier than the ones from MM, but they are much higher quality and better supporting/fitting. I don't think the molded cups on the Bliss will get misshapen the way the padding on the MM bras did.

I also tried out the Bravado Allure (had underwires but no molding) and a Hot Milk one, but I didn't like either much. So, I just got my second Bliss in and I've got another on the way. I couldn't find anyone in town selling them in my odd size, so I had to buy online. Breakoutbras.com has free shipping and a good return policy, and I also had them coach me through measuring myself and picking the right size.

i have two that i like.
this one from motherhood maternity
the coverage is great and it has really held up through the wash. it's very comfortable and i think it makes the ladies look the best (i'm a 36DD).

i've also got the bravado body silk and have been pretty pleased with it. my only complaints are the the removable pads shift around if you open it to nurse or pump. not a big deal if i'm pumping at work, but if i'm wrangling dd, it's tough to realign them. also, and i don't know if this is just me, but the bottom seam tends to bunch up a bit. other than the bunching, it's a very comfortable bra.

good luck!

Another vote for the Bravado Body Silk. Very comfortable.

I agree, the Bravado is great! I have some nursing tanks that I got from Target, they are comfortable, but not a lot of support. They were very inexpensive and have held up well. But I got a *free* (!) Bravado from WIC last week, and I love it!! It has great support and is very comfy, definitely going to get a few more.

I have tried to wear my pre pregnancy underwires and they are incredibly uncomfortable to nurse in, I don't want to take out the underwire b/c some day I would like to wear them again, post nursing...

I like my Bravado Body Silk bras too. I have a small band size, and they were the only bras I could find that fit small enough, but still had a larger cup size.
The light padding is great for wearing when it's cold.
