Blind kitchen cabinets

What do you store in these? The previous owner installed them in the kitchen and they just seem like a waste of the precious space we have in there. The one under the countertop we have sliding drawers so we can store stuff and access it (still wastes space but a little better). I am just not sure what to do with the top cabinet.

Ideas?

What's a blind kitchen cabinet?

Hopefully, I can explain it so it makes sense

Basically, you know where a nice corner cabinet would go into a corner and you would have a door with a hinge so you could access the whole cabinet? So, instead of that, someone installs a regular cabinet and then a blind cabinet. The doors are seperate and the blind cabinet goes all the way to the back of the cabinet that is perpindicular to it.

If you installed 2 cabinets instead of a nice corner cabinet, you would get a huge dead space. One of the cabinets (the blind one) actually opens into that space. The problem is that everything is hard to access.

Does that make any sense?

I use the top for cleaners and auto dish soap, candy dishes, and little gifts people give me that I never use. The one down below is impossible to use. We keep extra dishes and paper bags. It is such a waste. The bottom one has the dishwasher on one side and drawers on the other. So, for all I know a small family of racoons could be living in there

You can get expensive inserts that are kind of like a lazy susan, but come out of the cabinet. I wonder if you could build something to do the same thing?
