I'm back again- Dairy and gluten free

HI there-
I got so much help from you guys when DD1 was 6 months and I discovered she had a wheat sensitivity. She has since outgrown it, but now DD2 seems to be having some issues. She is almost 7 weeks old and only poops every few days and it is pure liquid, no seediness or anything. VERY orange. Anyways, midwife suggested we do a trial with no gluten or lactose.... no problem, except all of my easy grab stuff is dairy and wheat. I lost 15 lbs when I cut out wheat with DD1, and this early in the breastfeeding relationship, I am worried about not enough calories..... But I am chasing around a 2 year old and find myself at the end of the day having not eaten since breakfast.

Any help with super easy, prepackaged GF, DF foods? I am pretty good with dinner ideas, but stuff I can grab on the run (usually what I do for both breakfast and lunch).

Thanks so much!

make a bunch of hard boiled eggs so that you can grab one and go. peanut butter on rice cakes is pretty quick
lunch could be leftovers from the night before if you make extra
Namaste makes a gluten/dairy free pizza crust that I use as bread (make as directed, and cut it into square pieces). You can use it to make sandwiches (I do chicken salad or tuna salad). Or make tuna salad and wrap it in a lettuce leaf.
if you have a stash of chicken/turkey broth or you can find a safe one, broth with rice in it
we make a lot of rice so I always have leftovers to stick in soup, have leftover gravy on, etc.
cut up a bunch of veggies so you have those on hand, and then you could dip in hummus, since that's a nice protein, or mashed avocado (good fat)
fruit
a quick snack/meal is sauteed chickpeas with a little curry powder (throw in some broccoli if you want to make it a little "meatier")
If you can find a safe deli turkey, you can do turkey roll ups with avocado inside.
work on getting the proteins and fats in there if you're worried about losing weight
