That's how often DH and I are you-know-what-ing. I know because I keep track via fertility charting. He and DS sleep in one room, DD and I in my bedroom. DS is 8.5, DD is 17 months. DS has said he'll sleep with DD - he doesn't want to sleep alone, and all of us sleeping in my room does NOT work. DS has a queen bed, that is pushed up against a wall. I think it'd be fine for DD to sleep in there, the only problem being that she isn't night weaned.
DD seems to wake not to eat, but rather either because I'm bumping her and waking her. She takes up so much room, and I regularly wake in the middle of the night to her legs on my chest, or to her kicking me. She also sleeps much better when she naps, I think, because I'm not there. One night a few days ago, she slept for 7 HOURS without waking at all, and I think she's really ready to transition into a different sleeping arrangement. I do love cuddling with her, but I also need my time with DH back. I miss him!
How do I help her transition into either her own bed, her brother's bed, or some other arrangement? Based on what I've said about her, what do you think would be best for her?
Thank you!
