rash on torso- virus or allergic reaction to herbal or homeopathic medicine?

Ds2 (almost 16mos) has a rash on his torso that popped up today. He's had cold symptoms for a few days now- cough, runny nose, not sleeping well, a little fussy. He also has molars coming in, which could account for the sleep and fussiness.

Earlier today, before the rash, I gave him Deep Immune, which is an herbal thing to promote immune system function, and a homeopathic cold remedy (which I got in the drugstore in the cold medicine section).

It has definite spots, but I don't think they are raised or anything (he's asleep atm or I'd check).

It's possible it's an allergy. The only thing that ever provoked an obvious allergic reaction in me was an herbal tea that was also an immune booster blend. I got hives all over my neck. It's probably not a reaction to the homeopathics though. On a chemical level, there's really nothing IN a homeopathic remedy, just whatever it's suspended in.

It was mostly gone the next day, and today is gone. It's good to know that it's probably not the homeopathic stuff- heps us narrow it down a bit. I guess I'll try the herbal stuff again and see what happens. Thanks!
