how long are soaked black beans good?

I soaked some black beans overnight. I needed 3 cups of beans and I've got about 10 in my pot.

So, I've got about 7 cups of soaked beans that I don't need for today. Can I save them and use them another day?

You can drain and freeze for later, or you can cook and freeze for later.

Or you can drain, rinse, add fresh water and pop in the fridge and they'll last another couple days.

I had no idea that I could do that. It makes sense, but it never occurred to me. I've already popped them in the freezer for those nights when I fail to pre-plan.

Just be sure to label them raw/soaked/cooked.
