Cook book help

I'm sure it has been ask before, but I can't find it. I'm the only veggie at my house, what is a good vegetarian cook book, that maybe my meat eaters would like also?

I'm eating to much junk food, partly because I don't cook enough, and all I eat is plain vegetables. I'm not a good cook, but I could do better.

Any suggestions? TIA

If your meat eaters like ethnic, Moosewood has great recipes.

Mark Bittman's How To Cook Everything Vegetarian is fantastic. It's got tons of stuff a non-vegetarian would like, and it's a basic book, a very good introduction to cooking as well as cooking vegetarian.
