If the recipe calls for orange and apple juice concentrates...

can I somehow substitute fresh? Thanks.

It might be difficult because fresh won't be as flavorable by volume. A tablespoon of oj concentrate is going to pack much more of a flavor punch than a tablespoon for fresh squeezed oj.

Ok, thanks...I'll have to go to the store.
I was just looking at the recipe again (pumpkin cookies), and I see that there is no other sweetener aside from the raisins, so I guess the concentrated sweetness of the juice is probably required!
