question about learning tower

How easy is it for the child to climb onto the counters from it? I currently put a chair for him to stand while he helps me do whatever but, he is constantly climbing up on the counters. He gets pretty upset sometimes when I don't let him.

The nice thing about the learning tower is that you can adjust the height of the platform. So, if you have a climber, you can lower it. This (in my experience) doesn't completely stop the climbing, but it slows it down a bit.
