Need flexible, water resistant shoes

What brands should I look for? It's really wet and drizzly here for the whole fall/winter, so ideally we need shoes that won't soak his feet every time we leave the house. We do have rainboots for days where it actually rains, but they seem hard to walk in.

Cheaper is better, too.

We Have These

We have these (thought I swear they were $17 a pair when we bought ours). They're more winter footwear than spring / fall, but they are flexible and very water resistant :
