Dill Sauerkraut

On impulse today, I bought an 8 oz. jar of raw dill sauerkraut. What should I do with it? I've only had sauerkraut on hot dogs and I'm not planning to eat hot dogs anytime soon! But I don't want to sit down and eat plain sauerkraut by itself, either.

Suggestions?

My initial thought is to put it in tuna salad... like, instead of dill pickle relish?

I serve it w sausage every week. I get these lovely Bockwurst from our butcher.

I'm pregnant and steering clear of canned tuna, and can't afford the fresh... I might do a chicken salad though, that's a good idea! And with sausage - durr, wonder why I didn't think of that? I'll pick up some chicken sausages at the butcher (I don't do pork).

I was thinking it might be good on a baked potato - I used to live in Australia and got addicted to the Australian way of serving chilled coleslaw on a hot buttered baked potato. Do y'all think the sauerkraut would be good that way too?

Thanks bunches!
