bleach exposure and paranoia

Hi,
So I'm living the sweet life of the super paranoid.

I bottle of bleach underneath my sink tipped over, and I had to clean up the mess. I breathed it in for about 15 minutes, and touched some undilulted bleach with my fingers. I've now convinced myself that I've hurt the baby, evidenced by my headache (probably stress-induced).

I'm 32 weeks tomorrow.

Talk me down, someone.

I love cleaning with bleach. I had some friends worry about me while I'm pregnant so I did a little bit of research. It's not dangerous unless you A) Bathe in it or B) Drink it A little bit on your hands (that I'm sure you scrubbed raw afterward) is not going to hurt you or the baby (unless you just sat with your hands in it) Some in the air might have given you the headache...but probably didn't hurt your baby (again, unless you were HUFFING it)

Get fresh air, drink some water (or wine ) and relax.

Thanks - exactly what I needed to hear.

For some reason I can not explain, because I tried to do everything right during my pregnancies, I refinished our bathtub while pregnant. It's that special paint that you can use on pink porcelain tubs when you want them white. I had a face mask on (as if that somehow helped...), but I'm sure I breathed those toxic fumes for a while. Even though I regret doing that, I have a very clever and perfectly healthy girl who just turned five. Don't worry about the bleach, it will be fine. Besides, they say worry/stress is also not good for the baby.
