Waldorf Dolls/toddler luggage

I'm looking at getting DS a Waldorf Doll for christmas (boy one with red hair preferably). I know many of you have them and was wondering where you got them from? Or where I should NOT get one from
Also..
I have never seen one in person and I know most dolls are naked for a bit.....so what does their private area look like? I'm wondering if its the "ken barbie" like or if they have an actual penis? Odd question I know but DS is intact and none of his friends/close family, so far, are and I thought this could help me start the process of talking about this area).
And finally, DS LOVES those wheeled backpacks and I want to get him one of those also. But I can't find one that Doesn't have nick jr, disney, pixar, etc on it. I would love one with no cartoons on it....anyone seen one? (and where!)

We bought a cheap luggage cart for TG from Target.
We aren't keen on product brands either. TG saw a brown push luggage with a picture of a motorcycle on it. She loved it and asked for it. It was affordable and I figured we aren't really looking for durability as it would be used as a simple carry on for her.
I have to say it is surprisingly sturdy so far. We even use it at home as the 'dresser' for her play diapers and clothes for her stuffed animals. She zips it up and rolls it around everywhere and it's been solid so far.

Waldorf dolls don't have any bits & pieces. There's one doll that does, someone can probably post the link...I forget his name, he's good for potty training.

Anyway, Joy's Waldorf has the best patterns, if you want to make it yourself. They do take some custom orders (or used to befores scaling down) but they are pricy. I know for a 2 yo, Joy recommends a 10" doll, that's what I made for DS. It's not too heavy for littles.

If you are looking to just buy one, I'd search etsy & see what comes up. Unless you want to shell out the money for a Kathe Kruse german-made one. But you're probably better off just looking on etsy. You can probably pick up a 10" doll with one set of clothes for like $50.

I made mine using one of Joy's kits. DD doesn't care for her at all and prefers her stuffed monkey and duck. It really was a waste of time. No genitals at all.
