The Fabulous One Thread Oct. 24-30! - Page 3

SML27 - So sorry that you keep having confusing BFPs. I hope you get one that sticks very soon.

Welcome to all the new and new-old ladies! I hope everyone's stay in here is short.

AFM - CD4. Had killer, make me want to vomit, cramps on Saturday (hadn't had those since high school). Not sure what was up with that. I have my reflexology appointment scheduled for today, so hopefully that'll help straighten me out. I might have to cancel, though, because I found out this morning that my sister is in labor!!

It's so nice to see everyone again. I hope you all get to leave again soon! (In any other context that would be extremely rude! lol)

AFM: Bought my Wedding Dress on Saturday! Here's a link to the album o' dressies. (Dresses!) I won't announce it on FB because I don't want someone to tell Anton (he doesn't want to know until our wedding) but I'll tell you guys...

DRESS #6!! (and a matching veil!)

My grandma said it was perfect. We all voted (me, Mom, best friend, sister, Grandma) and that was that! It's super comfy too.

That dress is freaking gorgeous. It looks like it was made for you.

Stevi and TTCChloeOrConner, thanks for the support. I always feel calmer about all this after I post on here and get replies.

SML27 - Sorry you're getting messed with like this.

Welcome to all the newcomers!

Vivica2 - So so sad to see you back here. But, at the same time, so so glad to have you back. Hoping that you leave soon though.

SML - Fingers crossed...

AFM: CD11 already. This month I had brown spotting all the way through CD9, which is really odd for me. AF just would not leave. On top of it, once my temp finally dropped below the CL on CD 4, it shot back up I think due to illness. And now on CD 11 plummeted down to 97.3, which is pretty low for me.

Started BDing this weekend since last month I Oed on CD 14. Planning to BD EOD this week until O....cycle 4 here I come! :-P

Went to see some friends this weekend who got pregnant right away for #1 and after 2 months for #2 and have a beautiful 2 year old boy and almost 6 month old girl. It just made me think about how I hope this happens soon for us....

Sleepingbeauty - The dress is beautiful!!!

I had some spotting yesterday, which stopped very soon after it started. My temp dropped a little yesterday (not below coverline), but now it is right back up. I'm 11 dpo and AF would be here on Thursday if she comes. I am hoping that the spotting was nothing, and am trying to wait to test until Thursday. I know I'll probably give in tomorrow...I am just dying to know! Any other cycle buddies going to test soon???

I had the same problem with AF this month. Not ONLY did she start 4 days early, I spotted for 2 extra days. I NEVER go longer than 4 days, but this month it went 6... Who knows.

AFM: I'm CD10. I BDed on CD5, CD7, CD8 and CD10. My O tracker says O will come CD14 this month, even though it usually comes CD11. Who knows? I'm not getting any of my O symptoms like I normally do, so the O tracker may be correct. I am however, starting to get the creamy CM. I guess I'll just be busy all month to make sure I hit it... Whenever THAT may be. =D

SML- I'm so sorry your body's being mean to you. =( You're a strong woman, that's for sure.

As for everyone else in the TWW. Can we get some BFPs, please?!?!

Blah... I only have 3 OPKs left because I have a problem with peeing on things and started too early. I barely have a hint of a line right now so I think I am going to skip tomorrow and start testing every other day unless I get a darker line... I may have to go out and buy another box if I O much later then CD 15-16... I was really hoping to have an early O this month so I could test on the 5th, which is DH's birthday. This is the first one HE has wanted as much/more then me so it would be nice to be able to tell him on his b-day but I don't think the stars are going to align for that this month. I do have watery CM and my cervix is SHO so maybe I shouldn't skip the opk tomorrow? Ugh, I don't know. I'm just not "into" it this month... I just don't want to keep trying for 2 or more years again and get my hopes up every month just to bawl my eyes out when I see red. I'm feeling frustrated because my fertile myrtle neighbor is knocked up with her 4th child by the 4th different guy... Why can't I be one of those women that gets a surprise baby?!!! I would pee myself excited over something like that!

Just gorgeous! You look lovely in all of them, and I love the one you chose.

Yeah. I feel like everyone I know is pregnant right now. It's maddening. I really hope this is your month!

AFM: Ready to finish this cycle and get on with the next - although I should probably be careful what I wish for, since I'm only 4 DPO and would really like to have a decent luteal phase this month. I'm starting a B complex and evening primrose oil as soon as I get to the store, which will probably be tomorrow.

Those of you who take EPO to increase fertile CM - do you take it throughout your cycle, or do you stop once you ovulate?

Thanks!!

I feel like EVERYONE is pg these days (you know, except all of us here. Ugh.) I hope you get to graduate soon too.

Sorry to bust in here but Sleepingbeauty - BEAUTIFUL DRESS CHOICE! CONGRATULATIONS!!
Sleepingbeauty - I love the dress!

Attached2Elijah - I hope you do not have to wait very long this time. It is frustrating when others seem to get PG so easily. My neighbor is PG with her 3rd, she got PG on the first try each time and has never miscarried. I am happy for her, but oh so jealous!

Stephaniqua - keep us posted on the testing! I really hope this is it.

SML - I am sorry this is getting so frustrating s. I am really praying you get a sticky bean.

AFM - CD8 and DH is home early from his hunting trip, let the BDing begin!

Add vivid dreams to a symptom my body is trying to confuse me with! They won't go away and I haven't even ovulated yet. Ughhh.

Calycanth, it sounds like we are cycle buddies!!! I am 3 DPO. Any other cycle buddies out there yet?

For the EPO, this is my first month taking it and I stopped the day my temps went up because that is what I heard you are supposed to do. Just one week ago I was complaining that I had absolutely no CM and the EPO wasn't working. Boy did I end up eating my words because I started having EWCM like the next day (I rarely have EWCM) and by O day I was actually having EWCM that stretched like 2 inches! I was so excited I tried to show DH, but he was like ewwwwwwwwww hehe.

I'm currently on a business trip in Washington DC, got to see the White House yesterday, fun! However my silly work laptop is blocking your wedding dress pictures sleepingbeauty, I will have to check them out when I get home!

Ugh. I hate when my body does that!!

THANKS for all the congrats and dress comments! I'm so excited!!

@sleepingbeauty: gorgeous dress (I think I already said that, but am too lazy to go and look! lol)

.... but I LOVE your necklace!!!!!!

@Sourire: I know - men are so squeamish, aren't they??? LOL When we were actively trying last year, there was one day when I tried to tell DH that "it was like I'd sneezed in my knickers" LMAO

... he didn't want to know!!!!!

AFM... well, I feel like.... well, cramped is a good word I guess. And my bbs are aching at the sides (usually it's only the front that hurt just before AF)... and tired AND not sleeping properly AND these bl**dy burps!!!!! lol

I have a scary feeling about this (DH is completely convinced already).... I just hope it's not a repeat of last year.... (3 early mc )
NOT testing till the witch is late!! Have plenty of work to do, which keeps my mind off it (mostly... until I get a case of the burps in the middle of trying to talk to my class.... lol
)

SleepingBeauty: Love your dress choice. You look like a beautiful Fairy in it I don't know why it makes me think of that, but it does!

Sourire: LMAO @ showing DH ewcm... I've tried telling my husband about it before and he asked me to just keep the details to myself and tell him only when we need to get it on! lol

musicoholic: Hope your feeling is right! I had a feeling with my DD ... tested BFN at 9dpo and it was the first BFN to not get me down because I KNEW it was too early and that in a few days, I would get a BFP.. it was weird but I just knew. Hope this is it for you!

Okay so thankfully I didn't skip my OPK today... but I took it too early in the day I think. It's not positive but it's much darker then I usually get so I'm willing to bet I surge tonight or tomorrow... so since I only have 2 tests left, I'll take them tomorrow and the next day and hope to catch my surge BUT going to BD tonight and tomorrow (and the next day too probably) regardless JIC I do miss my surge. I might even wake up with him tomorrow morning at 3:30am *UGH* to get one in. I was REALLY hoping I would O on CD 14ish so that testing on his birthday (the 5th) wouldn't be TOO insanely early so I think the stars ARE aligning for me! YAY! Now let's just hope I get a BFP for his birthday... would probably be too early but I'm going to give it a shot anyhow!
Can I pop in for some OPK advice?

Should I start taking 2 OPK's per day? I've only been using them for 2 cycles, but both times I had an "almost positive" followed by a positive the next day, and O'd the day of the positive. Last cycle, the positive was the morning after the "almost positive," and by that evening (my normal testing time) it was back to "almost positive." Are LH surges typically consistant? Like, would it make sense that I typically O 12ish hours vs 48ish hours after a surge? Or does that vary by cycle? I also switched brands this month. If I should do multiple times per day, when would you recommend starting that?

TIA for the input...I dont want to waste $ peeing multiple times per day unless it will actually help!!

ValH - congrats to your sister!

I was just thinking that the other day - about how rude that is, but isn't! And I LOVE the dress - just beautiful! I went for comfort, too...well worth it! I couldn't imagine having to bring 10 bridesmades into the bathroom with me to lift my dress so I could pee!

bonadl2 - fingers crossed for some successful EOD BDing! I told DH last night that we should BD EOD to keep his little men fresh...he seemed to like the idea

Yes...PLEASE!!!! We need some more Octobers!!

Attached2Elijah - Fingers crossed for a birthday BFP for your DH!

musicoholic - hope your feelings are right!!

AFM - CD10, got my new opks in the mail yesterday. Also found out that there is a high liklihood that DH will be traveling for a week in Nov 2011, which knocks out 2-3 months of trying (I won't deliver with him out of the country, especially because we live far from family and I have no clue what I'd do with DS). So a November or December BFP is all the more important now! If not, we'd have to do a 2-3 month hiatus, be back on for 2 months, and if still nothing...we are looking at waiting until Nov '11 to try again. I DONT WANT TO DO THAT . So here's to a November BFP for me!!!
