fish oil vs krill oil

Is Krill oil better then fish oil? has anyone tried it?

In working at a health food/vitamin store I learned that krill oil is similar in omega 3 make up a fish oil (contains both EPA and DHA and in similar amounts), but krill also contains marked amounts of astaxanthin which is an antioxidant that when krill are eaten by salmon, gives salmon their pink color. You can take astaxanthin supps alone, and I have talked to many people who are against the using of krill oil as krill are the only thing certain whales eat.
