Pregnancy book/present recommendations for my SIL

My SIL just found out she is pregnant with her first. I wanted to send her a book or two and maybe some sort of pampering gift. Ideas? She isn't likely to be super AP so I wanted to find something in the middle. She is planning on breastfeeding

She told me she bought What to Expect When You're Expecting and was reading it but she was starting get worried because of all the restrictions. She read she wasn't supposed to get a virus while pregnant as it could cause miscarriage. So I want something that will give her good information and not make her worried. I tried to calm her down but I don't think it really was effective. She is anxious to begin with.

Luckily I am most likely to be the person she asks the most questions about pregnancy and childbirth. She has a SIL who is a pediatrician and has two children but they aren't that close. Her other SIL is also pregnant but only about a month ahead of her with her first. She has two cousins that have kids too but I think she may be more inline with our parenting than theirs. She was really surprised when her one cousin didn't breastfeed at all.

Overall I am thrilled that she is pregnant and very excited for her and her husband. I just wish they lived closer!

Ina May's Guide or the Dr. Sears Pregnancy Book are two I would look into.

I would get her a new copy of womanly art of breastfeeding, it has a lot in there about the inpact of childbirth of breastfeeding relationships and its presented in a more laid back aproach.
