I know it's been asked millions of times before... but I never paid enough attention...
How much SA do I give to my 10 month old, ~24 lb, coughing ds? And how do you give it to a pretty much EBF infant?
I don't necessarily think it's pertussis, but he's got a little bit of a whoop. He's coming off of a croupy cough and now it sounds thick.
Anyone?
