In the past I ate healthy and exercised regularly and really felt like I got all the nutrients I needed from the food I ate. But now, I don't eat as healthy and I just really feel like I might need to start getting back in the routine of taking vitamins. What do you guys think about daily vitamines? Could some of you tell me what you take daily and give me some ideas?

BTW, I don't have any known illnesses or allergies. But it would be great to take something that would help with teeth/gum health as I do seem to be having some problems with receding gums and sensitivity. Also, I do not have any children/nursing any children. I DO plan to have children some day though (my doc mentioned something about starting vitamins that would promote health for my reproductive system...I'm not sure).
