where is the comparison chart between now and the 70's?

I'm at dinner with the in-laws and the topic has come up- I'd love to show them that comparison chart but cannot find it using google. It has the CDC rec'd immunizations on the left from the 70's, and on the right is the list of today's.

The chart is great, thanks for posting.

I would add that my shot record from 1972 says that I had the M, M, and R separately. I didn't have them together until 1989. Also, the OPV switched over to the IPV after I'd had 2-3 doses. I do remember getting it--so maybe I had a third oral dose.
