I am thinking about starting this program, to "reset" my metabolism and to get into a better way of feeding myself and my family. Finances are a bit tight, so I need to be careful about how much money I spend. 92 days is a huge commitment, and having three kids to feed, um, the grocery bill is something I don't even want to think about. However, I am carrying an extra 30 pounds on my frame that was not there before DD2 came along, and it's really getting me down. Since DD3 was born I have trained for and ran 3 full marathons, countless half marathons and smaller races in the last year and a half. I am training for marathons #4 and 5. My weight has not budged. I eat pretty clean, but it seems the back to back pregnancies the last few years did me in. Help!
