Breathing?

Sometimes when I have my hand on the bump I can feel a relatively rapid up & down like breathing movements. Can you really feel them practicing breathing?? DH has felt it (when I pointed it out) and I think I've even seen it once or twice.

practice breathing motions are visible on ultrasound, would make sense you might be able to see it from the outside as well once the babe is pretty good sized

I noticed this for the first time on Friday! I figured it was either practice breathing or vigorous thumb-sucking. It wasn't as spastic as hiccups...but definitely rhythmic. So amazing!

Yeah hiccups are definitely like a popping. Its just so awesome the things I can experience this little dude doing before he's even born. Now if only he'd be a little nicer to my bladder...
