What is your favorite CD/CDs to listen to while pregnant and or giving birth for relaxation?
I have always made a compilation CD. DC#1 was born to Pachelbel's Canon. DC#2 was a super fast labor...as soon as my water broke (two weeks early) I quickly assembled a playlist and burned a CD, THEN I took a shower and got ready to go to the hospital but she was born so quickly that there wasn't time to put the CD in. DC#3 was born to A Sorta Fairytale by Tori Amos. DC#4 was born at home to Perfect Day covered by Duran Duran. DC#5 was an emergency c/s.

Other songs on my CD (it's kind of an eclectic mix)
Mother Nature's Son by The Beatles
by Enya: Caribbean Blue, Evening Falls, May It Be
Where Sheep May Safely Graze by Bach (and a couple other classical songs that I can't remember offhand)
A couple songs by Deanta (Irish band)
A couple songs by Davy Spillane (he plays the Irish pipes)
Oh Me by Nirvana
Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen or the cover by Rufus Wainwright
Across the Universe by Rufus Wainwright
Sweet Surrender by Sarah McLaughlin
Amber by 311
Your Song by Ewan McGregor and Nicole Kidman (don't laugh)
Lullaby by Billy Joel
Anjo da Guarda by Airto Moreira
Love by John Lennon
Somewhere Over the Rainbow by Eva Cassidy

All these are available on Grooveshark.com as far as I know.
