I'm Betsy, 35, married 10 years to my honey, and very unexpectedly awaiting #3, getting pregnant on our own after no bc for over 5 years and needing fertility meds to get our boys...I am ecstatic, and really, really, really hoping this one sticks, as this will be my last chance at pregnancy

I'm not 100% sure of my dates, but my best guess is an edd of 7/1/11...I do have a history of delivery 7-10 early, though, so this is most likely going to be a late June babe...but I figure I'll go between the groups, as I could be off a few days either way...I'll know more 11/29!

Joining you all here too! I am a week passed my missed period, and just finally got up the nerve to take a test this morning.
It is our first, and looks like the EDD is 7/1/11. I am very happy, but also a bit shocked (we were trying, but still). Have lots and lots to learn, and I am hoping you all can help with that! Looking forward to getting to know you all, and congrats!

My DH and I have been married for almost a year and a half. I am 29.

EDD for me is 7-1-2011

Tested last night, I thought SO was going to fall over when I told him!

My name is Amber (22), I have one little boy (3) named Kain, this is my third pregnancy, the first ended in miscarriage.
SO is Dale(39) we have been together for two years now, made the jump to move in together back in May, and now we are having a baby!

I am going to have a home birth and am leaning towards doing it outside since its going to be early July and for some reason I always picture myself birthing at night. Don't know if doing it outdoors will happen or not, but I just made my first interview appointment with a midwife about thirty minutes away in a few weeks! I am excited. This will be my first home birth, and SO's first birth to attend! He has one bio daughter from his first marriage but didn't get to see her born, and two step daughters from the second marriage but they were raised by him and he sees them (and my son) as his own. So in total this will be child #5 for us, only second one birthed by me

assuming bleeding recently is implantation bleeding and not something else right now i am assuming and hopeful that is is implantation bleeding

I'm Vanessa, its been ages since I've visited MDC. But I so enjoyed the experience of my May '07 DDC. So here I am.

I'm due with my 3rd. Surprise pregnancy all the way, we're still getting over the shock.

My first two were hospital births. My younger without medication/intervention. We are planning a homebirth for this one.

I'm Brittany, and I hail from Georgia.

I had some implantation bleeding Oct 9th, so that puts my edd around July 16th I think? No BFP on the POAS yet, but I would only be 2w6d post implantation, and I am a big woman. 6'2", and overweight although I do look proportional. I am also experiencing some very early pregnancy symptoms.

This would be our first. Baby was not planned, and probably resulted from going off birth control and opting for a prophylactic barrier in order to save money while DH looked for a new job. I am very, very excited though, and just want to see that BFP!

Hi,

My name is Katie and I have a 2.5 year old son that I am still breastfeeding. We have been trying for a second child for the past 5 months or so (I got my period back when he was 25 months old or so). I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was positive! I know it is still really early but my EDD according to my last period date is 7/7/2011. My son was 8 days late though so it will probably be later in the month.

I am glad to be a part of this group. I am really hopeful that my pregnancy will stay as my husband and I are really ready to add another person to our family.

I literally just took a home test yesterday, and it said I was pregnant! I'm not even sure if it's too early to be saying I'm pregnant? But an online calculator says I'm due 6/29.
This will be my first, so I'm completely new and trying to figure out, what now?

I just confirmed today that we are expecting #2. Afraid to get too excited since the pregnancy before my DD (now 2.5 yrs.) ended in miscarriage at about 5 weeks.

I've calculated the "due date" to be 7/5/11, based on when I think I ovulated, but I'm not exactly sure, as I wasn't charting temperatures, only cervical fluid and consistency/position on some days.

Excited to be here but nervous about getting through to the 12 week mark.

Planning a VBAC. Thinking about doing it at home!

I am SOOOOOO excited. My DH and I are PREGGERS!!! I didn't think I would be so excited, as we already have a 4 soon to be 5 year old. I can't believe that we are about to do this again...but YAY!!
