Hello July 2011 DDC!

I will be lurking here and waiting to see if I join you ladies. I'm not testing until next week.

lurking here also. we had 2 oopsies this month, so here i am. dh is "done" having kids, but won't get the V, which is fine with me, b/c i'm not done yet! (a part of me is done, but a bigger and bigger part of me is not, yk?) anyway, i have 26 day cycles and our oopsies happened on cd9 and 15, so we'll see (dd1 and ds were conceived on cd13, dd2 on cd15). i bought a bunch of dollar tree tests, and plan on using every.single.one.of.them. LOL!!!

good luck to you too Keri our oopsie was on cd11 and I have 28 day cycles so the same time frame of yours and I keep seeing two lines lol so fingers crossed you will too

Keri, I am sending you good vibes. Love those dollar tree tests! I got some internet cheapies so that I can obsessively test. This is my 4th cycle of trying, and I got wise to the cheap tests last cycle.

do the internet cheapies really work? when can you start using them (what cycle day?! how sensitive are they?!)

let's talk obsessing symptoms... my uterus is very weird today. like i'm in the middle of the first or second day of af, but i'm not due for af until monday. this HAS happened to me once before, and i wasn't pg, but in light of the 2 oopsies, i'm all "is this a symptom?!" anyone else experiencing some "hhhhmmmm.... could it be?!" symptoms?!

i tell you... the easiest was my ds... i KNEW i was pg with him, even when it was so early that the test showed a bfn. my uterus was BUZZING, like a low level current of electricity was running through it... bizarre!!! AND i had 2 dark spots on my upper lip (melasma)... i looked like a member of the gostapo or something. one day i just looked in the mirror and was like "what in the hell is THAT?!!! is that a moustache?!!!" but it wasn't, it was pigment... greeeeat. i KNEW that i was pg, b/c what else could possibly cause melasma and a buzzing uterus?! LOL!!! the tests kept coming back negative, but i was like "whatever... i'll just keep testing until i get my positive." (which never came until a couple days AFTER af was due!!!) (with both dd's, i had NO symptoms. NONE. drove me batty! i ended up getting some m/s with bad food aversions with dd2, but in the beginning... nothing, except my uterus was cramping, like af was coming. i kept going to the bathroom, checking to see if there was blood.)

how sensitive are the dollar tree tests? can you detect like 4 days before your af? is it as sensitive as frer? or not, but almost as good?

ok, katie just said what my uterus feels like in the other thread... "heavy uterus". that's what it feels like... like blood engorged. like my pelvic cavity is filled up or something. i hope i make sense.

I don't think the cheapies or the dollar trees are as sensitive as FRERs. That's a question for the TTC board, lol!

tbh, i'm testing every other day until tuesday (af is due monday), as i'm just really curious as to which day i got pg, from our two oopsies, if i am pg. i know it's not conclusive, but i figured that if the bfp came very soon, then it probably was the first oops... later, then it was the second. when are you testing?

I hope you get your BFP soon!

I'm not testing until Monday morning, 11 DPO. I have no symptoms, just hoping!

Just wanted to say I got a BFP at 10 DPO with an internet cheapie. I didn't even have to squint too much so they must be reasonably sensitive.

These are very sensitive - I got a faint line at 9 dop and a BFP at 10 dpo. I know lots of people who swear by this particular test!!!

so, symptoms... my uterus is heavy, like af is coming any minute. and my left breast keeps getting a shooting feeling in it, on and off. i'm extrememly moody (like PMS on freakin' crack!!!) and tired (which is very rare for me. i usually just keep going and going and going...).

anyone else?

I'm lurking here too! We've been pretty laid-back about ttc, but I think maybe this is the month. I have been feeling really nauseated off and on the past few days (like dry-heaving in the bathroom nauseated). And tired. I don't usually obsess over every little twinge, so this is unusual for me. Waiting to test until next week (if I can wait that long!).
