Any good DVD's or advice? I'm in good shape now so I can just tailor regular videos. I've been working out at the gym 4-5 times per week since I got my BFP with 3 days of weight lifting and sessions of cardio per week. But now that cold and flu season is here and I don't have any other option but the childcare at the gym I'd rather start working out at home again. I'd love some tips. Thanks!
