Working out at home?

Any good DVD's or advice? I'm in good shape now so I can just tailor regular videos if need be. I've been working out at the gym 4-5 times per week since I got my BFP with 3 days of weight lifting and sessions of cardio per week. But now that cold and flu season is here and I don't have any other option but the childcare at the gym I'd rather start working out at home again. I'd love some tips. Thanks!

Well, I love the Prenatal Yoga DVD from gaiam, I forget, I think it's Shiva Rea or whatever her name is?

You would probably like this: http://www.amazon.com/Erin-OBriens-P...8047432&sr=8-6

The cardio part would kick my butt when not pregnant and I had to tone it down to use it pregnant. So it might be really good for you!

You can also get it with a post-natal work out that I liked.

I love love love Christi Taylor. I have 2 of hers: http://www.amazon.com/Power-Body-Chr...8048574&sr=8-1

They are both very dancearobics-y. And you need a step and some weights. But I really like them! They are challenging the first few times and then once you get the steps you feel like a pro and love it! And you can omit sections if you need to for time or endurance! Or if the belly gets in the way!

You can also go to YouTube and preview the videos a little if you like. I found that very helpful.

I do pilates with ankle weights on on the floor of my bedroom.

I can't actually remember which DVD I have, but there really isn't much difference between all of them I think.
