I need help.
I am looking for some type of journal that shows different exercises with a Fit Ball or Hand Weights or Kettlebell. Heck even floor exercises. One that shows which muscles are worked and the name of the exercise. Then a space where I can keep track of what I am doing.
Also, how many Reps and and sets should I be shooting for?
