Luckily, I did a lot of working through it right before I got pregnant. I still have issues with it, but not nearly as bad as last winter. Unfortunately, that's my worst time with it, and it's coming up, so we'll see how I do. Since I'm pretty much past the stage of throwing up (I didn't), I mainly worry about the flu, and what the worry will do to the baby.
I went to see a counselor, and I also did a program that was very helpful called Emetophobia Eraser Program.

I have emet, I am recovered,or recovering. It has been a long road. I had cyclic vomiting syndrome as a child and that sparked my emet. I suffered hyperemesis through three pregnancies, so that kinda curbed my own fear of vomiting. Although I rarely vomit, I have trained myself not to. I freak when others are vomiting, though not so much as I used to.I can watch vomit scenes on jackass, etc. There is a wonderful site I belong to on emetophobia proboards, awesome support group there, you should try it!!

Thanks for replying. I can't imagine going through hyperemesis--I guess it is the kind of experience that would either cure emetophobia or drive a person completely crazy. I considered myself recovering until the past few months, when a long bout with stomach parasites and then two back-to-back pregnancies (one m/c) has left me suffering from nausea for months now...
I might check out the emetophobia board, but I kind of worry about getting too immersed in talking to other emets. I worry that I will just feed off their fear or somehow make my fear worse.
