Hey everyone,
I'm not having any nausea and hopefully I won't, but I'm definitely noticing that when I'm hungry, I'm really really hungry. I have to start carrying around snacks so I don't get caught off guard.
And I need savory, protein-rich breakfast. So, no cereal, which I tried to avoid for b-fast before pregnancy anyway b/c it doesn't seem that nutritious.
What have you all found to be helpful breakfasts to give you a good start to the day, and make you feel better?
