What are your favorite books about working mothers?

I'm reading The Second Shift right now, but I'd love to have a few other suggestions. I could use a 'pick-me-up' about working right now, even if the book is controversial.

My gf recently became the SAHP, and I'm working longer hours than ever. Feeling a bit isolated. What books have caught your attention?

I haven't read it yet but what about the milk diaries? Also, a couple years ago (before I knew I wanted to be a mom I read a book by the woman who (I think) started Working Mother mag? Working Without Weaning was a great read that helped give me motivation to lug that darm pump around with me for a year.
