I'm still searching for an overnight solution for my 6mo.
I tried the Sugar Peas Hemp Fitted with the fold-out design, and the AMP Hemp Fitted. Neither seems as absorbant as my ME Sandy's with the booster. I'm having to add extra absorbancy to them, and they are still saturated in the morning. After a few nights of experimenting, I'm pretty convinced it's not due to more nursing on the nights she's in the hemp diapers.
The only thing that isn't super saturated in the morning is the Hem Babies Bigger Weeds prefold in a Fuzzi Bunz M, but the prefold is too big to fit in the FB, so it's really awkward to get it folded into the cover properly. I could get the Joey Bunz Hemparoo inserts, but experience with the other kids was that the FB leaked at the sides as they got older because they was no absorbancy there, which is why I went with the fitteds for nights.
What can you suggest that's more absorbant than what I've already tried?
For fit and shape, I like the Sandy's best, because of the side snapping and the amount of fabric that is at the sides which gives lots of absorbancy for side sleeping.
For fabrics, I want natural fibres. No microfibre, pls!
