Recommend a multi-vitamin?

DS hasn't been eating. We try, we really do...but he'll take a couple of bites and then throw it around. Sometimes he'll eat dinner (usually when Daddy is eating with us) but during the day he's fine to just carry around a bottle of raw milk. (We have to do water activities for him to really drink any)

My Mommy Sense was okay with this until recently...now I'm thinking he needs a vitamin. I'm not worried about this becoming the start of food issues or anything...but I do worry about his nutrition RIGHT NOW.

What multi is good? Which do I need to avoid?

We use these and DS loves them. We started giving him a vitamin on the recommendation of our doctor because he thought it might help him to eat more. *I* have some pretty serious nutritional deficiencies which could theoretically affect my milk. I'm still not crazy about giving him vitamins but it actually does seem to help him eat a little more and I can worry a little less about my milk. Anyway. So the Animal Parade vitamins are all natural, made from whole food concentrates, and what I really like about them is that 2 vitamins = 1 "serving" so we just give him 1 vitamin a day and I don't feel like he is getting crazy doses of things. Some of the kid's vitamins out there seem to have mega doses of the individual components and I'm just not comfortable with that; this one seemed a little more conservative.

We use this one:

I trust the company. They are made to EU standards that are stricter than ours. Just saw that it contains honey though. We've been usuing it with DD for a couple months with partial doses, as wel since she's only 15 mo.
Eating is tough isnt it? She used to eat so well and no often she barely eats anything. I guess we are all in the same boat with this one. Good luck!
