So, I'm thinking towards the future here, jtlyk
I have a 20 mos old ds who I didn't carry very much. I have a moby, which I basically only used when he was under 15 lbs. Later I made a faux mei tei so I could carry him on my back. I loved being able to carry him on my back so that I could have my hands free, but by that time he was already crawling alot, so he didn't really want to be in the carrier. I liked the moby, but at home it is difficult to do housework with a baby on your chest, and when we went out it was a pain to put him into and take him out of (since I made a lot of stops/ in and out of the car).
So, I really want to be a good mommy and wear my future babies, but I guess what it boils down to is needing a good carrier for these types of activities. Any advice for a beginner? Is a front carry just something to get used to?
thanks!
