It isn't free, but some samples are, it is cuuuuuute!

Of course the free version has way too many ads, but it is cuuuuuuuuuuute!

Now I have to wait until my kids wake up tomorrow, so I can ask them whether they want to subscribe. (They are not into math lately, but have been asking me for 'fun' way to learn math, hence my hours of googling).

Why the heck that site doesn't come up when you google "like starfall but for math?

Oh, and the site has other subjects too! Thinking games are just awesome! I haven't checked the other stuff yet.

Oooh thanks! It's not super expensive to subscribe either. I've been looking for something like this.

check out www.cosmeo.com too

It is only $10 a month. It is put out by Discovery Channel. Has TONS of discovery videos (including Disc education vids) and lots of amazing "brain games" - including lots of games from IKNOWTHAT.com.
I looked over the IKNOWTHAT.com site and it looks like almost all of them are on cosmeo too. For only $10 a month, you'd get the games PLUS all the great Discovery videos, articles, and lots of other cool games. There is a free trial too! Check out the Math Dojo and other Leon math games. Also check out Pendemonium - it has my son BEGGING to learn about verbs, nouns, pronouns, etc.

pbskids.org also have lots of great games!

: but don't do their phonics stuff. The "short a" sample had "sag" being paired up with an old woman.

Cosmeo looks awesome. It looks like for the US residents only?

I spent some time with Leon the Chomeleon math games and what I like about them is that they are not timed. There's not hectic rush, and there are chances to enter your anser and then confirm it.

OMG! Well, at least it wasn't 'hag'

Athough, being from WI, those are 'long a' words, lol

These sites look interesting! I wonder which would be better - cosmeo.com or iknowthat.com - I am interested in trying one of them for sure.

I just signed into the Cosmeo site and can find almost no games for a kindergartner. Am I missing something?
TIA
