Where do they get these ideas from?

DS just glued a paper plate to the wall in the den. Where did he get the idea? I have no clue...

Well maybe a few clues. Possibly I take him to too many art exhibits. And the pediatricians office has decals on the walls.

I was a mean mommy though, and made him take it down and glue it to construction paper instead. I was going to make him clean the wall, but decided that at that moment I just wanted a clean wall and it wasn't a great teaching moment.

This is great and made me giggle! Might not seem so great to you, but thanks for posting

Our 9 year old regularly tapes squares of paper to the carpet to make bases for 'animal baseball' games. Really, they have to be taped? It's not like the stuffed animals are going to pick them up and move them!

My daughter (age 5) glued a picture on the wall because she "can't find the tape, so I used glue to keep it up."

My 13 yr. old just said, in response to "where do they get these ideas" he said....

Outside the box, inside the triangle

So he demanded that I post that. He has an interesting sense of humor.
