i need this for a newsletter that goes out today and knew this was the best place to come for timely, wonderful info, however all info now or later i think would be appreciated by all.

i did grapes last year with holes at the end, stuffed with yogurt or crm cz with a craisin on the end. looks like an eyeball peeled grapes are even better, but who has the time for that!

Slime Soup

Essentially pea soup with fresh or frozen peas and chicken stock, pureed.

kind of ot, but you might want to include a note to list ingredients when they bring it to class. I used to have a tough time navigating trying to figure out if 'slime soup' was vegetarian or not.

Last year for my daughters preschool I made bone looking breadsticks - they were a hit with salt sprinkled on!

Martha has a recipe for bone shaped meringues - they look pretty cool and are good for wheat/dairy/nut allergies too!

We're serving fruit kabobs by threading bite-sized fruit onto wooden skewers and then poking them into a pumpkin like its hair. We'll make a face out of fruit pieces. I've done it before and it is pretty fun, and 100% healthy.

You could also do the slime soup with veg stock. I usually have 'chicken' stock cubes which are actually veg.
