Exams? - Page 3

I'm 33 weeks and haven't had a single pelvic/cervical exam. I wave my pap until postpartum since they are more accurate then and don't see any other reason to have an exam.

I'll do the GBS swab at 36 weeks but have considered asking the midwife if I can just do it myself.

I even check myself in labor until I'm further along in labor and cant focus/reach.

Funny Face, with my first pregnancy the MW sent me into the bathroom to do it myself. I expect similar this time around. Though I don't particularly care, so if she wants to do it that is fine with me. I have no intention of keeping things out of my vagina (I have an active sex life), so what difference would a swab make?
