Why have they become impossible to get? I cannot make one for her right now either Any ideas on how or where to get one? Thanks

Etsy Nova Natural

If you're worried about cost, Nova has the Kusi doll, which is small, but still nice, for 40 something.

I love the dolls that this seller has made on Etsy. Her prices are very reasonable, too. I think her 12" dolls run about $80 and they come with a bunch of crocheted clothing.

What doll did you want? I feel they are fairly easy to get, unless you want something specific
There are a lot of option out there:

Mariengold
Novanatural has many choices
Ruprecht : http://www.etsy.com/shop/ruprecht
Etsy: http://www.etsy.com/search_results.p..._type=handmade
Myriad online: http://www.myriadonline.co.uk/natura...dorf-dolls.php
Maple rose:http://www.maplerose.ca/Waldorf_Doll...dolls_s/49.htm

good luck choosing!

I think so too. Beautifully made.

OP - there are tons of sellers on Etsy with really beautiful dolls. I recommend checking out what is available on there. I know a lot of mamas are a bit crazy for the Bambolettas lately, but I hear they are pretty impossible to get. Plus, I think there is something really special about buying a doll from someone who doesn't make them in large quantities. You can just see the amount of care that they put into the doll, they really breathe life into it.

Please remember the MDC rules about advertising. Thanks!

What is holding you back? Availability? Do you want a specific size or style?

Members can't post linking to their own business. There are advertising packages and opportunities for commerce in the Trading Post.

I am madly in love with Bamboletta (just like practically everyone else), but after several months without success, I found an Etsy seller who made me two gorgeous dolls for my girls. Her shop name is "naturalbuddies". I know how frustrating it can be. I hope you find a doll that you & your dd are happy with

I don't understand why the Bamboletta ones are so much better than any of the others. They all look just as nice. What's the difference?

Those dolls are really wonderful but when I clicked on the site it wasn't in english. I am confused.

My dd has wanted a waldorf doll ever since she saw a doll you made when I was on etsy lol

I just ordered a Peppa doll from amazon -- it's a fair trade waldorf doll for your younger set (my dd is 13 months), and it's way less $ than bamboletta or other waldorf options. I figure I'll lure myself in with this one, and then when she's older, I'll make the bigger commitment.

Your comment made my day!

I think if you contact Puppenliesl through the Flickr site, you can find out more information in English.

E.V., Those Puppenleisel dolls are GORGEOUS.

I also really love Gopita's Dolls on Etsy. It is very obvious that her dolls are meticulously made and they are just beautiful!

I love Gopita and her dolls- she puts so much love and care into each one. She makes some very unusual and original ones, too. I love her baby Krishna.

Oh, I have a very long list of all the dollmakers that we love.
