When can we start on green smoothies?

My DD is only 4 months and has no interest in solid fods. We expect to have her on 100% breast milk until she is one year old (ETA i.e. no formula)

ETA: And introduce solids at 6 months.

Right now, would be too early to start her on green smoothies... so when can we start? And should I remove some of the fiber, too?

i let ds (10) months have sips of mine.

but any quantity before 12 months is just taking away from the superior nutrition of breastmilk.

My kids were allowed to try food when they wanted it. Both showed interest (to the point of moving to the food and grabbing it, putting it in their mouths and swallowing) long before 12 months. I'd allow a baby of any age over 6 months to try a green smoothie and I don't remove fiber from anything. I actively tried to keep them from grabbing food until six months. With DD1 that was easy. With DD2, I had to give in to her demands to eat table food, LOL!

DD had just started showing intrest in solids at 4 months, but we didnt start until 6 months and she still doesnt get solids everyday. Ive given her green smoothies, and just about any other smoothie that Im making. DD loves smoothies. I make them with breatmilk and frozen sweet potatoes or apples a lot.

I guess Im confused about the idea that giving a baby any food before 12 months is taking away from the superior nutrition of breastmilk. Are there a lot of people who wait until the baby is 12 months to give them anything other than breastmilk? If so, why ? (Im really curious and would like to know, Im not being snarky)

Ooops, I should clarify. I am so used to saying 100% breast milk because I use donor milk and don't want to use formula. So, I didn't mean to say I would not feed her solid 'til year. I plan to introduce solids at 6 months. I'll edit that. Thanks.
