Cost of Diapering - Help!!

For those of you who are using disposable diaper methods, whether it be fully disposable or a disposable insert to a cloth diaper, do you know exactly how much you are paying per diaper?

I am doing some price shopping online and want to know EXACTLY how much I am paying per diaper change, but w/o knowing the best price per diaper, knowing how much I'm spending does me no good.

In one special, I found the disposable gDiaper inserts to run me about 27 cents each. Is that a good price?? I'm using a mix of cloth diapering with disposable diapers, so I'm looking at the best prices all around.

Anyone price out their diapering like this?? Any advice??

Diapers.com lists price per diaper, which is sort of handy. Sure, you can do the math yourself, but it's nice to just have it right in front of you. I know when I was looking at overnight Pull-Ups they were around 50 cents a diaper.

We only use cloth, but I've run the numbers on disposables and gdiaper inserts before and the gdiapers seemed insanely more expensive over regular disposables to me. Check on Amazon though, they have the price per unit listed. Like for a large package of Pamper Baby Dry size 1, they are 16 cents a piece.

Yes, they do...but when you are factoring in discounts and such, it's a bit harder.

I just wanted to find an average of what the cost/diaper SHOULD be so I can stay within a range and not waste money on deals that aren't as good of a bargain as I can't.

our grocery store brad diapers we use for overnight are a little over 17 cents per diaper. I think the gdiaper inserts are more expensive than even most eco-friendly sposies. we also had an issue with them rubbing DD raw to the point of bleeding a little, and she was in them less than 12 hours

Yes, you are right about the cost of gDiapers.

However, I am not opposed to paying a TAD more for gDiaper disposable inserts knowing that they are more "green" than regular diapers.

Flips disposable inserts are much cheaper than gdiapers, and work in the gdiapers.

nm, not anymore.
