The leg cramps started a couple weeks ago, though they don't seem near as severe as I had them last time. I take Rainbow Light 6 a day (500mg mag + 1000 cal) and a cal/mag supplement (another 500mg mag and 200mg of cal), as well as what I get in my food. I should be getting plenty of minerals, so what's the deal with the cramps??
