Kerrygold ? CLO?

I just started reading the stickied-info here at the suggestion of a reply to an earlier most (thank you midwestmama)....
I was grocery shopping today and saw KERRYGOLD butter ! So I got it. There was only two, salted or unsalted. They say Imported from Ireland...but really no mention of anything like "grass fed cows", etc...
Is this the right one ? I'm thrilled if it is since it is available in my local store.

NEXT to figure out CLO ? Where do I buy this ? and how do I administer it ?
