BF with average LP?

Hi Mamma's!

Quick question....Do any of you who BF your LO and have your AF remember if your first PPAF luteal phase was super short, but then your next luteal phase was average length? I am still BF my 18 mos DS and waiting to become fertile again, but I keep hearing that it is very common for BF mamma's LP to be super short...which would make it not possible to get BFP. Can anyone let me know if their first PPAF was a bit off, but then if and when their next AF's were normal LP? Thank you so much!

My first LP leading up to PPAF (I suspected it was coming because I night-weaned dd and statred using opks) was 10 days. After PPAF they jumped up to about 13-14 days.

I just had m first two PPAFs and #2 came a few days early (I'm almost always 28-29 day cycle), but within the normal range (CD 24-25). We weren't trying, so I'm not sure if it would have had an effect but we'll see in the coming months... From a purely anecdotal standpoint, it appears to be evenly split amoungst my girlfriends.
