What is the standard Christmas gift for a nanny in your area?

Can someone tell me what is the standard gift in your area for a full-time nanny? Is it a week of pay? Two? Something else?

Trying to work on our Christmas list and we've haven't had one at the holidays.

Gosh, we live cheep here! I'm planning $ 150 - 200 which is a half week's pay. But we do paid holiday too, so maybe that off sets it?
