upholstery emergency!

Does anyone know a good way to get mystery spots out of kitchen chair cushions? I don't have access to a steam cleaner. I tried resolve, but ended up making things worse, as I can feel the soap in them now.

I'm trying to sell the set, and am showing tonight!

I use bleach on my white ones, and intend to re-upholster them with a dark red that won't show stains soon as I can so it won't be needed. I dilute the bleach, dab it on with a rag, then with a wet rag which I rinse throughout the process I scrub and blot the bleach out. Then blot with a dry towel and let air dry a while.

There are some products meant for carpets or upholstery - I know one is called "Spot Shot" but there are other similar ones. May or may not do the trick! They will be in the laundry or cleaning aisle.

Oxy-clean is my go-to for that stuff, but you really need to make sure it won't bleach it in an area that isn't really seen.
