I'm 10 weeks pregnant,
and still trying to find 'the right' vitamin to work with me.. not against me LOL!
I have major digestive issues, to the point of many healthy foods making me sick (long list of foods if your curious you may view it here: https://docs.google.com/document/edi...thkey=COm_v-EO ) but the jest of it is that many of my 'normal' foods that is healthy foods even in their natural state make me very ill (stomach cramps, diarrhea, weakness etc). We think it's caused by my inability to digest foods properly (which is caused by a overgrowth of yeast and bacteria in my intestines, which is being treated but may take a long time to fix).
Allllllllllllll this to say my midwife really wanted me on whole food vitamins, but my body is treating them like the 'real foods' they stand for and making me sick
. Sooooo I need another 'good' vitamin option, I was trying 'Alive Vitamins for women' per my midwife's advice.
Sorry for the long details.. but please if you are on a good vitamin (preferably not whole food) can you share what they are?
